Future Studies.

*Ill edit it later this part.My internet is being a fking douchebag atm*

So anyway,I'm sort of confuse and I don't have any decision yet.Anyone willing to help me figure things out please do so.Thanks.

Courses I tend to take/like:

1.Multimedia Designing
2.Graphic Designing
3.Programming... See More

1.My problem is that after all research I've done and I found out that:

-Multimedia Designing and Graphic Designing is totally not the same.
-GD is more to printable media whereas MD is bias to multimedia stuffs (eg: websites/animation & game designing)
-I like designing.But I like more on web designing/flash.
-GD offered web designing too but thats not what it suppose to be cuz it mostly are to printable stuffs (eg: magazines&such)

Note: Its really not the same and you can only choose one of them and if you choose MD you'll be lack in GD skills cuz mostly MD is about coding and designing whereas if you chose GD,it be hard for you to learn MD.

And please take note that if I choose either one of them,I can still learn the other one.



2.Which Uni/College should I choose?

a.Taylor's University College
b.Alfa International College(Designing)

Factors that I need to consider:
-Will I get better future in either one of this? I know they're all non government universities and mostly will cost a lot of money.

-Financial Investment.It's all up to scholarship and my SPM result.Will I be able to have a great job in the future? Will I be able to pay student loans if I take one?

Well I know and I pretty much have some basic skills&designing and what are all of this about but thing is,Graphic Design is like you create and design stuffs to use on website and Multimedia Design is pretty much the one who give the "heart beat" to that design created by Graphic Designer to come alive.Do you get what I mean?

And another thing that,what those people said in that blog link is true.Employer nowadays are looking for a person with both packages.Its like they looking for Graphic Design with Web designing skills in which GDer sucks at it.

I´m a graphic designer that has never had an interest in web. Recently though, I´ve been looking for a new job and it seems the web flash jobs outnumber the print jobs. What´s frustrating to me is that these employers want a graphic designer that´s also a web wizard. Is this just a trend happening? At what level do these companies expect print designers to know web design. I honestly have no interest in hand coding anything. Any thoughts on this?
