I felt that jog and exercising is a waste of time. Yap! :) Let start with a *Sigh* Am I right? We do diet,we follow em,we do jogs and other exercises, Yet,I cant even fit my jeans from 3 years past. And I still have those "extras" on my body parts. Depressing -_____- This is just pure bullsh*t So yesterday I thought of getting my revenge. After a long time I didn't eat rice,so yesterday I sapu/ta pao: 1.Whole plate of rice with rendang beef 2.Junk foods 3.Coca-cola and some others high in sugar drinks 4.Yong Tao Foo --- Sometimes I felt like wanna do that Bulimia thingy or become Anorexia. I wonder what its felt like. I mean,do you actually achieve anything from being one? Nevertheless,please don't take a shortcut. Like they say "No pain,no gain" 5:48 PM
