How to felt pity to someone when that person doesnt pity him/herself.

I admit,I really feel kesian looking at my sister.
But,dia tak rasa kesian tengok diri dia.
What more can I do?
No matter how I really hate her sometimes,
I do pity her.
Because she is my sister.
She's sometimes can be over limit.
Curse here and there.
Causing destruction to her own self.

But,to be frank,
I dont really blame her completely.
Because I know she choose the wrong people to mix with .
And when we (her family) said something about her so called friends,
she mostly will act offensive because she sort of lives for her friends.
And she doesnt see that her family care about her more than her friends.

What more can we do than to just look,give more advices and supports
so that she realize which good and which not.
And eventually made her a better person.
